So first things first there are two different sets of pictures one of them being taken outside in natural lighting and then the other taken inside under artificial lighting. Now when looking at a star sapphire the proper way to check its “star” is to hold it into the natural sunlight. But with all that being said I took the pictures outside in the sun before even trying to clean the dirt and grime off of this beautiful custom made piece. When you look at most of the pictures of this ring inside, after it’s been cleaned, it is a whole world apart on how much intrinsic beauty this thing has. With an extremely clean natural 3.0ct Star sapphire that has been hallmarked onto the shank of the ring for all to see and two natural VS colorless diamonds of approximately .10CT each flanking it on each side this chunky trilogy is quite heavy at 12.1g and a size:8.
