Early 1900’s Edwardian 14k Yellow Gold Essex Crystal Fox Ring (6.5)

Essex crystal pieces are already hard to find but the fox, just like in real life, is as elusive as they come. Crafted by hand in the very early part of the 1900’s-1910 in 14k yellow gold these were hand painted with one fine bristle of horse hair. The only fox variations I have found matched this exact ring we’re both made by high end designers stamped Cartier and Tiffany. Though this isn’t hallmarked with any designer name on it I believe it was made by the same jeweler who crafted these for those other high end design houses. With defined Horsebit style shoulder and very comfortable to wear on the finger this ring is a size:6.5 and measures 10mm wide weighing in at 3.38. A quick google search will show you that when the fox versions hit the market they sell out quick and sell out for more than double what I am asking for this piece.
