One of, if not the most bad ass pendants ever made by the highly coveted jewelery brand, David Yurman. Priced at less than half the retail price of $4100 is this solid 18k yellow gold “Life and Death Duality Amulet”Inspired by Memento Mori, the Medieval practice of reflecting on one’s mortality, the symbol of the skull reminds us to live life to its fullest. This amulet is interchangeable and can be worn 2 different ways as the coin can rotate and spin on its axis with either side of the skull or tree of life coin facing out. It originally was crafted with an enhancer style bail which would have allowed you to open and close it over the necklace or bracelet link itself as opposed to sliding it down over the terminal ends but has been soldered shut for extra security by the previous owner (shown in picture #11). Fully solid and weighing in at 13.1g with a broad medium to large size appearance at 1.35” top to bottom that will get the whole room looking at your jewelry.
