This piece is absolutely stunning. You can’t beat the mixture of Vs quality diamonds with stunning pinkish red princess cut rubies especially when combined in an 18k white gold setting. As opposed to yellow gold the white gold really brings out all the colors of the rainbow in the stones and gives it such a better access to light to make them dance and shimmer. This one was all custom made with quality and craftsmanship first and foremost back around the 1940’s. The setting is what’s referenced to as a step up as it looks like a step pyramid or ascending stairs. Now usually this is done on the top of the ring as the bottom shank and sides are left flat but what’s special about this piece is it follow that’s step up pattern all the way along the entire ring. With a hallmarking of .73 showing the CTW of the diamonds on the underneath side of the ring this one fits very comfortably and snug right under a size:6 at just exactly 5.75 and a solid hefty weight of 9.66g with just the right finger placement at 12.5MM thick. I imagine this ring had cost quite a pretty penny when this piece was commissioned to be made. Save a bunch of money yet get the best of the best with this beautiful bling ring.
