Circa 1910’s Art Nouveau 10k Gold Snake Cigar Cutter Fob Pendant

I like to refer to this insanely rare piece as “The Diamond Gag”. Hand chased monogram initials on the back side marked “GAG” with the menacing snake slithering through the front side and breaking through the 3rd wall in 3D as it clutches a natural old euro cut diamond in its powerful jaws (as if it’s gagging on the diamond). If you’re not familiar with what you’re looking at you’re not the only one, this is a piece of the past and something not used in this day and age. This is a cigar cutter fob pendant made sometime around the 1910’s and crafted out of 10k gold. Worn on old watch chains as it would dangle off the end as a fob though this is unlike one that I have ever seen. If you want to be orginal and wear a pendant you won’t see anyone else wearing this is that statement piece for you.
