Art Deco Solid 18k Yellow Gold Virgin Mary Miraculous Medallion Pendant

Crafted sometime around the 1930’s is the perfect Virgin Mary Miraculous Medallion. Made out of a thick and heavyweight solid 18k vibrant yellow gold with high profile relief depiction. Can be worn on either side the front side shows the classic style Virgin Mary standing on top of the globe feet perched upon the serpent (representing Satan). Palms open and out to the side with sun rays exposed sending Gods grace to the world. With the Latin prayer going around the top circle “Oh Mary Conceived Without Sin, Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee. The back side showing the 12 stars (representing the 12 apostles). Directly in the center the M of Mary and cross of Christ intertwined as a sign of their union. My favorite part of the sacred hearts representing the force of love that reaches total surrender. Weighing in at 8g with a substantial size of 1.25” x 1” the inside bail measurements fitting a chain approximately 5mm x 3mm. This is a protection medallion that has already stood the test of time for generations with several more generations to go to keep the wearer safe.
