Art Deco Solid 14k Yellow Gold Jade & Diamond Dragon & Floral Carved Signet Ring By Larter And Sons (9.5)

Crafted sometime around the 1930’s/40’s by one of my favorite ring makers out of Newark, NJ Larter And Sons. Trade with Hong Kong was booming around this time and high end Jade was a central part of this. Hand crafted out of solid 14k buttery yellow gold each side is hand engraved with a dragon and the other a flower. In the center of the flower as well as the eye of the dragon is a flush set natural VS quality diamond of about .10ct each with a large translucent jade in the center of the signet. Insanely rare and a top quality ring of the art deco era this heavy hitter weighs 12.8g and fits a comfortable size:9.5 and a prominent stance on the finger at 20mm with a thick and chunky donut banded bottom.
