Art Deco Solid 14k Yellow Gold .40ct Vs Natural Diamond Figural Lion Zoomorphic Ring (7.75)

Crafted sometime around the 1930’s out of a solid and thick 14k yellow gold is the coolest and most realest depiction of a full body Lion Ring I have ever come across. Bezel set with a chunky and clean VS clarity natural .40ct diamond the stalking lion has a full body that wraps around towards the bottom of the shank while the opposite side has figural carved leaves. Fitting around a size:7.75 (in between 7.5 and 8 on my mandrel) with a heavyweight of 11.6g and a large takeup on the knuckle of about 18MM. Extremely comfortable and low profile on the finger it’s smooth inside band and sleek outside rounded body has a streamlined feel to it. Figural signet rings like this were extremely popular from the 1910’s-40’s and are my personal favorite styles to collect especially the more rare animal zoomorphism pieces like this one here.
