1970’s Cartier Solid 18k Yellow Gold Mariner Anchor “Tortue” Link Bracelet (7.5”)

Crafted sometime around the 1970’s out of a solid 18k yellow gold the fully solid and chunky mariner style anchor links are approximately 4.5mm x 2.5mm with the wearable length being 7.5” and weighing in at a hefty 15.2g. Fully hallmarked with serial number this is of course an authentic vintage piece but you’re also getting a rare link style as it’s not your typical Chaine d ancre style mariner link but also not quite like their other anchor links it is called the “tortue” link which is french for Turtle. A hybrid of both as this style is more full and chunky but still resembles the same form. This is one that I would definitely keep as my own in my personal jewelry box because it’s not something I’ll be able to find as it seems to be a unique and rare variant. A true heirloom piece this will hold its higher value and continue to be a timeless design that will never go out of style.
